Ascarii is excited to announce our new free ‘Lunch & Learn’ webinar series, which will take place quarterly and kicks off on Wednesday 12th June at 1pm. This webinar series is designed for users of SAP Business One to help them get the most out of their solution. As a modern, comprehensive ERP solution, SAP Business One offers extensive functionality but often, in our calls to customers, we find that they are not making the best use of the functionality available.
Consider this scenario: your business has made a large investment in its new ERP solution, but staff acceptance and uptake has been poor because employees are ‘scared’ or don’t feel they really know how to use it effectively. The depth of information available is excellent, but what if your employees don’t know how to use the reporting module well enough to generate usable data? Detailed insight is available which will be the foundation on which to base your strategic business decisions, but it is no use to anyone if you’re struggling to access it.
There are numerous add-ons to SAP Business One, such as B1 Usability Package from Boyum, which enable users to adapt SAP Business One to fit their needs, but we often find that customers lack knowledge or confidence in setting up dashboards. This webinar series is designed to address these issues.
