We are excited to announce our Boyum Cloud Inspect webinar, which is the first in our 2021 series of joint webinars with Boyum IT. It is taking place on Thursday 11th February at 2pm, and will give a great sneak preview into the functionality of the third module of the Boyum Cloud portfolio.
The forthcoming Boyum Cloud Inspect has been designed to help manufacturing and distribution companies build consistent quality testing plans. This will help them measure the success of their production and optimise their quality control procedures.
Functionality of Boyum Cloud Inspect
Boyum Cloud Inspect is aimed at quality management and inspection departments, and helps them to define inspection plans, track and release inspection orders and collect quality data. It is made up of two separate applications that work seamlessly together, Inspection Manager and Inspection Operator.
Operators can view and execute inspection samples and collect quality data, while managers define inspection plans, and track and release inspection orders. It enables businesses to achieve the best balance between quality and costs, as well as compliance with regulations in certain industries and regions.
Boyum Cloud Inspect provides users the ability to:
- Approve and track the status of inspection orders
- Keep track of the progress of execution tests and samples
- Measure quality status, with real-time pass rate based on planned approval targets
- Analyse quality data per test and sample
- Take defect types into consideration in the analysis of quality data
- See an overview of new and pending inspection orders
